Because you can convert iso's to GOD containers and rip out all of the padding.
However most, if not all 360 games have almost all of the DVD filled with gamedata.

I know for DVD firmware hacks, full DVD9's are required but how come there are no scrubbed games like the Wii has?

You're looking for game installs. Typically people upload the full ISO becuase majority of users have flashed disc drives, while a small percent have JTAGs/RGH Xbox's. Before the LT+ 2.0 firmware update, you'd see a lot of game install uploads for games because it was the only way to get them. (New dumping firmware was needed to dump the XDG3 games.)

I'm sure a few sites have game installs uploaded. Also what Dinoh said.

Its kind of sad and a waste of bandwidth when a game like Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts is 6GB iso but scrubbed its like 300mb.

There's all types of different checks on a 360 game.
If you delete the random data/padding then you'll break the security checks thus making the disc fail basic and further stealth checks.

The majority has flashed drive and only a small percentage has RGH'd/jTAG consoles.
Security does matter A LOT to flashed consoles.
No security on the disc = insta flag/ban

If you think it's a waste of bandwidth then you shouldn't download games to begin with, go to the store and purchase games instead!

Nearly every release has a JTAG version now but they are mostly done by iNDs and not scene groups.

IMO, MS should be bringing down the Ban Hammer more, people shouldn't be using Xbox Live without paying for games, they are taking up valuable resources away from paying customers. I would say these are the people that should be purchasing the games instead.

Then why go and ask if there are scrubbed games in the first place if you think that pirates should be banned?

You're asking if there are scrubbed releases, complaining that full 360 games are taking up to much bandwith, yet you say that people who download/backup games should be banned.

    Your point is?

If you download games play offline, if you play online buy the game. Scrubbed games are perfectly fine offline, I would agree with getting banned if I went online with a scrubbed or not scrubbed game. If you like the game buy it and play it legit on a non hacked system.

So let me get this straight...

    Your logic is just this...

Pirates should stay offline with their pirated copies. They should buy a second xbox and games they already pirated and play online with the legit console.

On top of that, you're okay with them getting banned if they go online.

    BUT...

You're fine with pirating games and playing offline.

    Also:
If you pirate a game and want to play it online on your already flashed console, buy the game and play it, don't just stick your pirated copy in your live enabled console, and have fun..

    Interesting logic there.

    Yay for 1am rants.

So lets say I play a copy of Bioshock 2 online which I own legitly.
    You'd consider that bad?

Ripping random data/padding is only advised if you have a jTAG/RGH, since they don't care about AP2.5/AP26 nor do they care about CIV checks and splitvid validness etc.

Ahaha, you are vastly overestimating the value of what live actually gives you.

1 million + Live users banned
With another few million kiddies who got banned for cheating on COD.
Yep Live is sure of value.
