How do you know if thats not my actual sig? Its not but mine did follow rules up until they stupidly disabled scroll bars on sigs and somehow then took mine away.

There are scroll bars, but not for the V3 skin
But that doesn't allow you to have an over sized sig...

I'm pretty sure it allowed you to be able to have a signature that was max of about twice what could be shown with scroll bars.
