Homebrew How can I uninstall TWL Fix-CFW? (Error with TWiLight Menu++, TWL Fix-CFW uninstall failed)

Hello.

I have a New 3DS CFW.
FBI works great, and installed CIAs great too.

I try to play DS game by TWiLight Menu++, so I installed it.

when I started TWiLight Menu++, 3DS turned black screen but TWiLight was not work.

so I pressed Home button, and a few seconds later, 3DS returned to home sreen.

It is almost the same as the link below:

according to link's solution, I had tried to uninstall TWL Fix-CFW like below:

so I tried to uninstall it, but I think that uninstallation was failed.

Is this really the error that the uninstallation fails?

How can I run TWiLight Menu++ normally?

I found what the real problem is.
DSWare of my New 3DS is not work. (example DS Internet Settings, and so on)

So I will try to follow these two posts:
