Hardware How can I sconnect battery of my notebook?

I don't want to do nothing dangerous so I'm placing below the image of the cables connect battery to motherboard.
I don't know if the only thing to do is to take the cables and retract them or to take from the white jack where cables are connected and do the same

Any advice to do that?Is very simple but I never did it
