How can I reset audio settings to stock?

I would to know that because my Realtek impostation are not more like a week ago and now when I introduce a device via jack computer it is recognized but the peripherical's sound in not captured

I can uninstall drivers or...

Yes it works because when I connected my headphone the sound was perfect but if a sound is introduced instead to be reproduced from the pc it not work
