I was copying a rom file to my microSD using an usb adapter, and after that no flashcart could load the system files.
I then tried connecting that microSD to my computer (with different adapters) and it gave me this error: "You need to format the disk in drive H: before you can use it."

So apparently my microSD is corrupted.
All I want now is to recover all my save files and roms if possible!

Please, just tell me what to do in order to solve this problem.
    Thanks!

    Problem solved.

I used a program called "Zero Assumption Recovery" that let me recover my files without the need of formatting the microSD!
I even let the writing lock switch (in the SD adapter) on and everything worked!

My Pokémon Black save file was corrupted, but fortunately I had a backup of it in my computer, that was almost the same as the one I had in that microSD!
