I've jsut got the jig in the post and don't even know what to do with it.

I am a gamer and I enjoy playing games on my switch. So when I found out about the hack switch atmosphere, which is an emulator for Nintendo 64, GameCube, and Wii games, I was excited to start playing some of my favorite childhood games such as Super Mario Sunshine or The Legend Of Zelda: Wind Waker. However, there are some disadvantages that come with this. First of all you need to download the game from somewhere else other than the Nintendo eShop because it's not available there yet. Second of all you will need a computer that is able to run the emulator and preferably one with more than 4GBs RAM (8GBs would be better). Thirdly you will need a controller since most people don't have

In my case i modded the switch to hack ACNH, im using a legal digital copy and i havent had any problem so far. As long you dont use illegal games it should be mostly safe.
But just by having a modded switch exist a ban risk

Don't use cheats, don't pirate games, and have a clean sysNAND. and if you've ever pirated any games anywhere else besides emuNAND, then I'd not recommend you ever connect your console online.

Video tutorials are outdated and not made by any trusted developers. There's only one main way to hack Nintendo Switch consoles but if that guide is "too complex" for you, you can try following this one instead.

The one with "simpler" layout is not up-to-date and only deals with unpatched units, doesn't cover Mariko-specific configs etc
