It worked on a CFW in PSP since the VSH menu support change loading one specific umd video iso put in /PSP/ISO/VIDEO/.
But it seems that there's no support in Adrenaline 7 in PSV (see Figure 2).

How can I make it real to play a UMD video ISO in Adrenaline 7 of PSV?

You don’t. UMD Video mounting is not included in Adrenaline and as such won’t function. Only way would be to rip the movies to MP4 and play them that way.
