hi im from the wii u homebrew scene and have a lot of experince there i really want to get into switch homebrew but my switch is not cfw compatible where is the best place to buy a v1 switch tablet?

Price range is typically $250 to $350 these days depending on the condition and other items included like Joycon, Dock etc, people sell the tablet alone for like $250.
I would highly recommend when buying this particular model that you're not buying an already banned Switch. If you find one, perhaps have the seller prove they can still access the eShop, etc. Unless of course you don't care if it can't connect online, then disregard this.

my school has a chrome extension called light speed filter agent and it legit blocks YouTube pfps since the file cdn(I think aka yt3.ggpht.com) is classed as mature -

It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
