Hacking How can I edit the title Screen of Mario Party 8?

Recently I have unpack the ISO file of MP8 with WiiScrubber and I have found the title file here:
C:\\Mario Party8\data\title.bin\
Now I want to edit the title Screen but I don’t know how can I open the .bin file.
In NSBM Wii is this an title.arc file and I can open it with SZS Modifier but here it is an .bin file.

I hope you can read and understand my bad english.
