Please Help! I just recently bought a Wii U and I would like to perform the Wii - Wii U transfer process. But I can't access the Wii Shop Channel, since I have to update and I can't update my Wii Channel.

Here's my syscheck as of today from like 30 min ago.

Does anyone know how I can update my soft-modded that will allow me to access the Wii Shop Channel? Please Help!

you have 3 options:

1. Perform the official update and get what u want. Rehack the wiiwith modmii

2. get the shop channel wad from modmii and install it. update all cios before installation.

3.
Update the shop channel only, that's much easier! How to do it:
Get NUS Downloader here:
http://code.google.com/p/nusdownloader/dow...mp;can=2&q=
Start it, select extras... - Retrieve common key (key.bin) copy this to the title id field:
0000000100000038
Let the v box free, enable pack -> WAD, start nus download.
Clean the v box then copy this to the title id field:
0001000248414241

And start nus download. Then open the two new created folders, copy both wads to sd and install them with a wad manager and IOS36.

Hi Everyone, I forgot all about this thread, but anyway I've figured it all out. I know I posted this four months ago, but if I remember correctly, I think I used the multi mod manager and installed a certain wad that allowed me to access the shop channel.

Anyway, I pretty much don't have any use for my regular Wii unless if I want to play gamecube games.

Thanks for your help anyway guys, I appreciate it.
