Is there a way to hack vwii of my wii u so I can run Riivolution there without using an original Wii game?

If you're talking about installing the Homebrew Channel in vWii mode, that can be done without purchasing or renting a game disc, take a look at wuphax (see its GBAtemp thread and GitHub page).
