Hacking How can I convert a .3ds file to .cia? Easiest way possible please.

Some roms are hard to find and most of the time when you do they are a .3ds file, and i only have a sky3ds and a 9.2 3ds with rx tools.

Is it possible to install .3ds files with rxtools?
If not what is the easiest way to convert them to .cia?

I used Simple cia Converter recently, does just what it says on the label.
