How can I be part of the staff?

Meh...I made everyone a undercover mod, keep it a secret. No one will know your a mod, not even yourselfs, but you will have the ability to flame posts, and report things to the "Famous" moderators.

The quantity of posts you have means nothing. You cant spam your way to being staff, in fact quite the opposite would happen if you spammed. Also if you display a hunger for being staff you will most likely be struck off the list too. Say if you made a specific topic about becoming staff in the site discussions section, if you did that you can pretty much forget about it.

speak with the Magazine Staff

Have a look through the member list http://gbatemp.net/i-members from that you can guess if you want to be staff you'll need to have been a member for 2 years, have atleast 1500 posts. I imagine you'll also have to spend a bit of time on IRC making friends with the current staff, and also try to get noticed on the forums/ IRC.

Sort that member list by number of posts descending, 60 per page. You'll see they have plenty of members on the first 3 pages (who have been on dor a few years) from which they can draw from if they needed staff.

I imagine for mag staff they also want someone who submits a few non shitty topic in the user submitted news.
