Gaming How can I access video content with a Japanese PSN account?

I created a Japanese PSN account which I can use just fine to access the game content but I can't access the video nor manga contents.
When I try to access said content, I get a message that says that I'm not allowed to view those files.
I think the problem is related to the address. I made my account using correct information except for the part that asks the street and building number I live in.

Does anyone know an address? Could you share it with me?
