Okay I did everything and I can finally use rxTools 3.0 with themehax online.

Now, how can I update my Emunand only without any mistakes ?

I found out that updating the Emunand with sysUpdater is a bad idea and will cause it to brick.

go to system setting in emunand and update.

You would think with all the problems you've had you would just format everything and setup rxTools 3.0b nightly with one of the tutorials and save yourself a headache.

unlink your nand

You said your nands are unlinked, so it must be your emunand folder and not the sysnand one.

Just make a dbs folder in emunand's folder and run data management in settings to restore them

Yes, everything works correctly and I finally have the latest Emunand firmware RX-E 10.3.0-28U

You can backup your SD card by copy/pasting everything on it, but you will need emuNAND tool to backup emunand.
