Homebrew games that need patching don't work on my TTDS. I downloaded the TTDS DLDI file and a patcher. I patched the game and when I load the game it freezes up.

Am I missing something or is it impossible to play those type of games on a TTDS, I tried playing Klax.

    Thank you.

DSTT should auto DLDI patch the games. The problem is the DSTT isn't very good for homebrew. Some works, some doesn't. If you intend to play homebrew games, you may need to look at getting a different card. I'm just happy I can run NeoDS.

    Try through:
    YSMenu
    Moonshell 2
    DSOrganise
One of them will probably work.
If they don't, there's an alternate auto-dldi patch for the DSTT somewhere in GBATemp's downloads section that will make most homebrew (including DSLinux, Warcraft Tower Defense and Colours) work. It's also built into the unofficial firmware 1.17a

Games like warcraft tower defense which dont work on the TTDS work when you use DSkiosk. Google it =D its a homebrew loader.

    Really, that way works?
Yeah, it's still probably easier with the unofficial loader IMO, because then you don't need to load anything every time you want to play one of the homebrew with issues.

Thanks for that DSKiosk program. It let me finally try out some homebrew I was interested in.

I tried DSkiosk but the homebrew still froze in the same spot.
    Anything else I can try?
