So, as most of you should know, many Pokémon Distribution roms have been dumped and leaked on the web.
With that, we can know how the rom sends the Wondercard to the Pokémon game.

That means, we'd have the resources to make an homebrew app to send Wondercards, no?

I think most of them are hacked Deoxys Distro roms, there was a tool to change what Pokemon to transfer, and so once they get the .pkm(?) file with the data, they just use the tool to inject it,then run the rom.I'm not sure if this what you mean, but if i understand correctly you want a homebrew to send any wondercard data, this would be an answer, but its a commercial rom

No. I alerady know about that (It's possible to edit the Dragonite distribution rom, too.)

I'm talking about a completely different homebrew.

I even got an idea on how it could work...
We could put all the .pcd files we want in X:\Wondercards\
Then we'd start up the .nds file, then we'd choose from the wanted Wondercards, then the distribution process would start.

However, we'd need someone knowledgeable regarding the distribution rom to do that.
