Homebrew Homebrew Launcher, FBI, & GM9 not working.

I'm sorry, I'm new
HI everyone! I do not know what happened. I open FBI menu it doesn't open and tells me it's a generic error (see image). The error code is 0x0000005e. On top of that, homebrew just turns black and freezes when I open it. And finally Godmode9 doesn't even show up when I input at the splash screen.
The settings say I'm at Ver. 11.9.0-42U
I haven't checked in a while, but that doesn't sound right.
Lumas up to date but those 3 just don't work correctly.
Is this a brick? Pls help

Ok, I feel like I'm being hacked but that sounds a bit over the top.
Just now after I updated Twilight Menu, I check the app and ALL of my roms just aren't there. I don't understand why this is happening, the entire roms folder is just empty!

See if your SD card is fake or dying.

1. Copy everything off the SD card over to a computer.
2. Quadruple reformat (for thoroughness).
3. Full Write + Verify the empty card with H2testw.

Everything else is fine. There is no way for me to access cia files and install them.
Is there any other way to install cias from the internet?

I take it you checked your (emptied out) SD card with H2testw. Games and files do not randomly disappear without a reason, and that reason is usually fake/counterfeit -or- real (but dying/failing) card.

You can regain access to FBI from either GodMode9 H&S injection or Luma3DS Rosalina menu HBL injection.
