Homebrew Homebrew Files left on SD card, Safe for when doing online play?

Title says it all, I'm running OoTHax with 11.0.0.33
If I go online with MHG, will the files I have saved on my sd for modding have any chance of causing a ban or brick? (Homebrew Access point starter kit, JK's Save Editor, Lib's)

edit:Nope is for "can I get ban or brick", yes its safe to play online

You technically have no homebrew files on your 3ds. They are all on your SD card and they are just execution files for an Entry Point. Technically no files are on your 3DS that can cause a ban (Which never ever happened unless your dumping .CIA games from Carts wrong)
