Is there any way to lock the homebrew channel, where i would have to input a password to see what apps i have? If so will it hender my forwarders?

I don't think there's a method like that, but you can change the "apps" folder name to something like "--apps", that way no HBC app will show up. Forwarders search for the "apps" folder too, so they will will be blocked too, I think.

AFAIK, you can use Categorii to setup a different apps folder, which will require a passcode to enter. This category will show up in regular HBC, you click it, enter the code, then your other apps will show up. After you're done, you'll need to quit the "categorii" and go back to your normal apps folder, or else the password protected apps will still show up.
