if I cant use online how will be able to import them with homebrew apps? anything in particular you know of?

short answer a pokemon save file backup and PKHex (a pokemon save file editor) ive never used it myself but thats what you need for this

will it be possible to trade using something like pokemon x on my 3ds and us my NDS light with pokemon diamond/heart gold/white to trade without going online?

nope x/y cant trade with ds pokemon games that's what pokemon bank is for and as for using that you need wifi as its a paid service so it authenticates
