Hacking Homebrew Channel DSI Exception Crash

Just yesterday I installed the Homebrew Channel using smash stack on the virtual Wii on my Wii U. I installed cIOS on 249-51 and successfully used the USB Loader. I also have a backup of the NAND on my desktop. However, just suddenly and recently, the menu is incredibly choppy, and loading any app results in the crash. Even waiting on the initial menu long enough triggers it. What options do I have?

It could be the SD card. Check it on your computer and make sure it hasn't gotten corrupted. (chkdsk on Windows or Disk Utility on macOS should work)

Thank you GreyWolf but I figured it out! For some reason having the nunchuck attached was causing the problem.
