Hacking Homebrew channel and parental controls?

Hi guys, i was on my wii, my friend told me long time ago that you can add parental controls to the wii on the homebrew channel. If u add a code and you start the wii, it asks for that code... how do i set it?

I think you mean this: Priiloader
