We are glad to let you know that the Cyclops Team has made a very generous donation of 2,000 US Dollars to the homebrew bounty, specifically for the DSi category.

Our current bounty breakdown is as follows:
    • DSi Homebrew: 2,785 US Dollars. The bounty will be broken down to 5 winners.
    • DS Homebrew: 1,135 US Dollars. 3 winners
    • DSTWO Homebrew: 275 US Dollars. 3 winners
    • Wii Homebrew: 533 US Dollars. 3 winners
    • GBAtemp Special Prize: 543 US Dollars. 1 winner
Here is a reminder of the full list of donators so far:
    Warning: Spoilers inside!

Two other important announcements: the submission deadline has been pushed back to May 31st due to delays in shipments of DSi compatible flashcarts (CycloDS iEvolution, namely). And you may now submit your entries, either completed or Work In Progress, in the Homebrew Bounty Entries Forum.

Thanks again to all our donators, and good luck to all homebrew developers!

Great News ! That is generous and will help developement of DSi homebrew [IMG]

They also offer a iEvolution to each moderator ... of their forums... to help answering any iEVO related questions [IMG]

Since all the pre-production units have already gone to reviewers and homebrew developers, it was delayed until now.

All I have so far is a pet project on the computer. I couldn't begin to fathom the DS SDKs, or the DSTWO SDK. Which sucks, because I wanted to show off my budding prowess as a programmer.

Very generous amount indeed. I make 2000 dollars every 259 hours of work. :

Good marketing for Team Cyclops. [IMG]
No, seriously, generous offer from them. I really hope developers will get some good stimulation with these bounty's in mind. Keep it up!

Great to see that big an amount donated for a good cause! It's pretty nice to see actual respect for DSi homebrew now that it is possible to emulate on a DSi properly. Thanks TC both for the donation and for the iEvolution cart!

This makes my $10 seem puny.

Well it was puny in the first place but this just drove it home. Thanks, TC.

No but seriously this is GREAT.

    EDIT: Lol,

    $15, $10, $2000? C-c-c-combo breaker!

So, does this mean the DSTWO will get no love?

It means the little love the three devs (Alekmaul, BAG and Spinal) have already given it will earn them a small amount of cash, and may be the last. [IMG]

Don't forget Pate, the skillful developer of DS2X86!

On topic, it will be nice if some of this DSi mode homebrew supports Sudokuhax.
