I'm using a PAL machine on 3.2E with a wiikey version 1 installed. I can always start up the homebrew channel just fine, but lately apps always hang at a black screen when first trying to load them. I have to hold down the power button to switch off my Wii and then when I restart it the apps will load just fine. It isn't happening every time, but is a nuisance nonetheless.

I haven't changed anything recently, so am not sure what could have gone wrong? thanks for any help

I would get the newest HBC (and bootmii while you're at it)
You can get the newest hackmii installer from bootmii.org

Quick question with regards to this please. Does Cios249 work alone - or is it a supplement to my Wiikey? I don't really keep up with the scene as such.

My homebrew channel was up to date, but installed Bootmii and am still having the problem where apps don't load first time around. But I have held off installing the cios2549 just in case I'm supposed to disable my wiikey first? Thanks
