Hacking Homebrew Apps goes black!

Hi, I have this problem with homebrew apps. When I first loaded the apps, everything worked fine, but now, whenever I try to load an app through homebrew, the screen just goes black and I have to turn off the wii by unplugging it from the back. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with this?

did you fuck up IOS36?

also, you can just hold the power button for 4 seconds to turn it off.
