Homebrew Homebrew app to launch slot 1 card?

Is there any homebrew app to launch the slot 1 card? Would be useful to use blocked flashcarts on a DSi/3DS with another DS and download play, I searched everywhere but couldn’t find anything like that

There were few prebuild nds files but none of them worked on my clone R4. I've also been trying to find alternative solutions but no luck so far. I gotta ask if anyone has found a working solution so far?
