Why can't you display the % character? Does it use printf?

I'm not sure, I think the font does not have it, as weird as it may be.
% is not the only character that will not be printed there, also some ascii chars ("b", "B", ...). Yes, I did try %%, no effect.

The battery bar patch is really helpful, because what Nintendo did with the battery bar parts makes no sense.
But the percentage can be seen if you open the rosalina menue, so I don't need it.
Good work anyway

It's not that flexible, sorry.

You can't, they would need to be merged together.
I've looked inside of home menu editing a while ago, it isn't possible to add blank space before the percentage like a word document correct? I wouldn't know how to move the other one backwards though...

Anyone has the bug that the console get stuck when is patched and trigger rosalina menu??

It did happen once for me. From what I understand, there cannot be more handles opened to the mcu::HWC service, and if attempted to get handle while already taken it blocks until it is free. Rosalina pauses any running app (home menu in this case), so the handle will never be freed and it deadlocks Rosalina.
I can only try to make it happen less likely ...

Edit: Fixed now

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
