I remember, when Kingdom hearts 2.5 was released on the PS3, I took my "birth by sleep final mix" save from my PSP and put it in my PS3. It worked. It was like an "home made cross save".
Is it possible to do this from the PS3 to the PS4 with the KH 1.5 + 2.5 ?
