I know He shouldn't be downloading ROMs, but the majority do, so meh, I was just guiding him in the right direction, and sterring him well away from the evil admins XD

mIRC isn't evil if you visit channels from your popular forums, but if you join a random channel, then I would be EXTREMELY cautious. Within 5 minutes of entering a random chatroom somebody already knew which town of which city of which country I live in and my IP address
