I know that the europe wifi event of the lgendary shiny dogs is underway but do must have something in the game done before I can get them trough mystery gift? or can i just get them after I can get pokemon by pokeballs?

And yes if I understand your question, you do need to play a bit of the game to be able to use that option. There are instructions on the official site about what you need to do to enable the mystery gift option in DS pokemon games.

Thanks now I need to know if european wifi events wills stil go on the usa version of any pokemon game if you live in europe and use wifi?
Also can I just trade the three dogs to another of my games by a second ds and still be abell to unlock zoark throught the three dogs by then transfering them over to the transfer machine?

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better. -

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
