Hey Guys. I can't access my main account. Need Help!

Hey Guys. My main account is Condarkness_XY. I have two factor authentication on my phone, however it refuses to work. I keep getting an error saying that the value could not be confirmed. I'm not sure why that is happening. I'm using authenticator by Microsoft so maybe its an issue with that? I thought I had backup codes, but stupid me seems to have lost them on my computer.

Either way I am unable to login to my main account. Can someone help me contact a supervisor. I can't pm anyone yet.
