It worked with me on GEN C! Minus the sound effects of course but.. the SFX don't really matter to me. o.o

Are you sure you have the correct version? Mine has SFX and everything in it (Though granted I'm running on 5.50 Gen-D). Chances are someone probably just repacked the game or something, which is usually why there's no SFX.

Thankfully the N64 had a metric ton of other fantastic games. I do kind of hate the controller though, I didn't mind it at the time but over the years I have slowly learned to hate it.

CV64 was a good game given it was the first of it's kind, the first 3d project by kobe and was rushed with content cut because of deadlines.+1
