For English+Freeze fix​

Do NOT use the SSEF patch. It does not use the arm7 fix.
Use SSE patch, then upack the patched rom and update it with the arm7 from here http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=178869

The SSEF does not work, because it does not patch arm7. I have tested SSEF, an unpatched rom, patched with SSE+arm7, and just arm7 patched. The SSE+arm7 works, and so does the arm7 patch.

Old saves are usable, as long as the file name is the same. Can't confrim on the M3i.
