Gaming Helppp.... Update Stuck (Metroid Disc)

Hello,

I have Wiifree 2.45 installed on my US Wii and have been working great.
Today, I wanted to try out Metroid prime (USA).

So I updated to 3.0U via wii menu and wireless connection; and everything seems to work fine.
I didn't play a game. I just checked the menu and everything seems to work fine.
I also checked on the wii menu (top right corner), I can see version 3.0U.

So I insert metroid prime disc and play it. Immediately, it asks to update.
I click Yes, and it's been stuck at around 45% for about 1 hour now.
Do you guys have any suggestion?

pour some mountain dew gamer fuel on your system, that seems to do the trick.

I got it working.
For whatever reason a few minutes after done writing this post, the update completed.
