Are you using a patch made by cracker or are you using the AR cheats? You may want to look through your cheat list and make sure you are not activating any cheats that butt heads. It could be as simple as you having a bad dump.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
