Try to calm down, and explain step-by-step what exactly you're trying to do, what doesn't work, etc.. Nobody can and will help you otherwise.
Also, if DOP-Mii is already to hard in your opinion, I suggest to stop trying whatever you're trying to do, since DOP-Mii is really simple and straightforward. Not all people should fiddle with their Wii, you know? Just because you call yourself "hacker464" doesn't mean that you are one...

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1
