Help with windows 10 audio recording

I bought a Focusrite 8i8 soundcard recently.
I have uninstalled it's drivers etc and am trying to get audio recording from my Blue Yeti to work again.
I have tried recording the focusrite before but Windows simply won't accept any audio any more.
I try it with audacity and obs and it simply won't let me record anything

I tried uninstalling all my audio devices under device manager.

The devices looks like it's okay. and enabling recording etc shows a millisec of audio then it quickly goes down to 0 in volume

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
