Hacking Help with wiikey config disc 1.3

Well, my friend gave me Pikmin and Super Mario Sunshine(both NTSC) so I could play them on my Wii(PAL).
So I downloaded the config disc 1.3 and burnt it using imgburn, it didn't work.
So I went to google to find out how to use the File chop, I did it and it didn't work either.
It just gives me a message that there's an error and that I need to press eject and then turn the power off..
Also, my Wii doesn't even read NTSC discs (I tried Fire Emblem 10 and Soul Calibur Legends both NTSC).
So...does anyone knows what I should do?
And of course, I have a Wiikey chip, and not a clone.

Thanks, I did it and insert Pikmin, then SMS
but now, after the Nintendo logo it says:
"The Disc could not be read.
Please read the NINTENDO GAMECUBE
Instruction Booklet for
more information"

I guess it's 'cuz the games are old and really scratchy

I'll try something else later on
