Hacking Help with Unlinking SYSNAND and EMUNAND on v9.0+

Hello All,

I have attempted this process in the past with my Old 3DS XL, but was unsuccessful. I did a complete system format, SYSNAND, created new EMUNAND, then formatted SYSNAND, both we're still linked in a way. Also I ran into the problem with eShop games going back to being wrapped presents, have to unpack every time I boot into Gateway Mode. The only thing I didn't try was to format EMUNAND instead of SYSNAND, would this help to break the link? Or is there another method with exporting/importing emunand with the sd tool?

Take the SD card out and format the system. In sysndand go to Systemsettings ->overall settings -> format
After the 3DS restarts you can put your SD card back.
