First off, apologies if I'm posting this in the wrong spot, I'm a total newbie: just let me know if it's in the wrong spot and I will try to fix it!

Okay, now that that's out of the way.

I recently downloaded the My Boy emulator for my android phone (Samsung Stellar). I was easily able to transfer my files ONTO the phone and play them.

Now I'm wanting to play the same game on my Visual Boy, but I cannot get the correct files off of my phone in order to play it. I am able to find the files on the My Boy, but they are labeled as a .st file, rather than a .sav or .sgm file.

Basically asking, is there a way to convert them into a .sav file? Or is there some other way I need to go about this?

There are some savegame converters online but it seems that it doesn't know the st format.
Did you try to just rename a copy of the savegame to .sav??
Maybe try to open it with an hex editor to see what is inside.
