I'm running oot3dhax on my n3ds with 10.7.0-32U. I downloaded the latest retroarch 3dsx nightlies, but can't get any emulator to work. I can bring up the homebrew screen through oot, but when I try to load an emulator, the system freezes after a couple seconds with both screens black.
emus are located in the \3ds folder, and i placed the retroarch folder in the root folder. any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Edit: I am able to run mGBA, which was included in the starter pack.
Edit2: I downloaded the emus individually through this great n00b thread. They're working great now!
