Hacking Help with R4I Renovation SDHC v2.20T

I'm having a problem with this particular flashcard in my N3DSXL 11.9 with Luma 9.1. As the pictures show, it boots perfectly fine on a DS Lite, but when i try to boot on the N3DS i get a white screen, which is the same behavior when it boots without a SD card on the DS Lite, maybe it can't reach the SD card for some reason? I have updated it to the latest firmware and everything, tried using TwilightMenu, ApacheThunder's launchers and none worked.
Pls help.

i would have to agree a look at the website listed on the card shows a few r4 cards . . . none are that one

Maybe keep throwing firmwares at it until something works? Not really sure what to do, sorry.

By firmwares you mean different versions of the same or other stuff like WoodR4? If so, mind spoonfeeding a bit? Just mentioning names would be nice.

The labels looks the same to me tbh, i even opened it up and the boards is the same. Down to the R4i SDHC near the "reading" part of the cartridge

i would hate to be a downer but a archived version of the website does not prove that thats their product (look at the supercard forums and how they were hacked) . . . but regardless of its origin lets see if we can get it working

do you have a real ds cartage you can attempt to load?

i would hate to be a downer but a archived version of the website does not prove that thats their product (look at the supercard forums and how they were hacked) . . . but regardless of its origin lets see if we can get it working

real games work so that rules out your 3ds's (ds) firmware as the cause ... so the only other thing i can think to try (seeing as the card's firmware/website is not readily available & from what i read it wont load wood firmware) try to set up YSmenu (while you are at it you can try wood r4 and see if you get a different result as you seem to have a later version of the flashcard than in the examples i have read about)

YSmenu or other alternate software.
If there's no official support for your flash cart anymore then you can try an alternate softwareare. If you have an original R4 (not R4i Green King Hyper+ or whatever) or clone of the original (hardware-wise, not necessarily name-wise) you can try Wood R4. If you have something else you'll have to see if you can run YSMenu, it has updates to the data files to run new games.

I tried YSMenu (As primary boot), and again, white screen on the N3DS and boots normally on DS Lite.
As i said before, the white screen also happens on the NDS when it is unable to read the SD Card, so maybe the N3DS can't reach it for some reason?

so you think its a contact issue . . . to test for that on your 3ds highlight any icon or space except the gamecard's icon slot and insert the flashcard if the consoles focus shifts to the gamecard slots icon then there is no issue with contact

Tried just now. It focus to the gamecard slot normally.

NTR Launcher 3d

have you tried the original ntr launcher (the non 3d one)NTR Launcher - Bring back that classic DS boot screen for your DS games!
and have you tried all his other launchers TWL Slot-1 Launcher (First custom DSiWare app!) R4 Stage2 TWL Flashcart Launcher(and perhaps other cards soon™).... (includes stage 3 launchers)
i would say try them all often r4 clones are not even clones of r4 hardware

and when you set up twilightmenu++ did you set it up on the console? or flashcard's sd card? or both?. . . .wait you did not add the ++ to your post its possible you tried an outdated version of the app [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

Did you try all of Apache's various R4 Stage2 TWL Flashcart Launcher series and NTR Launcher?

• Some of these launchers may need to be specified resetting slot1.

Have you tried any other DS cart games or DS flashcarts?

• DSi / DS functionality is broken after completing the guide

Maybe yours has a time bomb? You'll need YSMenu.

If this flashcart won't work, it's time to upgrade to R4i Gold 3DS Plus or use TWiLight Menu++.
