So, I wanted to start from scratch on this Wii I just bought from a friend and the first thing I did was updated it to 4.2U after I installed bootmii, then I made a backup and opened it with showmiiwads and said "huh ??" I don't know what this guy did or the guy before him, they're both crackheads. [IMG]

I've never seen a 00000000/ directory in titles/tickets before. It's not impossible to install a custom stub channel or IOS in such a location though, and doing so may flag it as Japan region, so this might be a homebrew thing. Did the Wii have anything like a hidden channel installer used on it? It could also just be bad data.

Outside of that, I have no guesses, but since it's not a critical file it's probably safe to delete it via ShowMiiWads.

I don't know what they did with it. That's just it, I wanted to completely clean the nand of everything, but there is no way to delete it off the nand that is on the Wii that I know of. That's why I was asking someone here how to get it cleaned up "on the Wii". Sure I can delete it with SMW off of the dumped nand, but how do I get it off the Wii ?

    Thanks for the reply.

If there's a ticket for it you should might able to view these objects in AnyTitleDeleter, and delete them from there. Try and see.

I've tried to see if they were there with ATDmodv6 and the /0000000 folder don't show up. It's got me stumped.

I could remove the Japan DISC title with ATDmodv6 but others as I said before just don't show up. They won't extract as .wads with SMW neither.

    Thanks again for the replies.

The Japan DISC channel is DVDX.

Other than that, I don't know. Sorry.

I got it worked out. I used Comex Nand Formatter and then I used Sciifii v2 to update to 4.2U.

Then I dumped the nand again and "BLAM" clean 4.2U nand. [IMG]
