Hacking help with homebrew channel and wad installer

Hi, I can't load the wad installer application from the homebrew channel it just stays at 0% and does't do anything, i'm running firmware 3.2, formatted to FAT 16, in the root directory i have private, apps, and wad folders, and the wad installer folder that has the boot.elf is in the apps folder. I don't know what i'm doing wrong, thanks for any help in advance.

Then try again.
