Hacking Help With getting a New Nintendo 3ds XL for CFW

Hello,

I would like to buy a New Nintendo 3ds XL and use custom firmware on it.
I am aware of the site https://3ds.guide/.

However cannot do Soldering and I do not have a 2nd 3ds.
I think I do have a Ds/Dsi compatible flashcard, Got a acecard 2i and a Supercard dstwo

Where could I buy a New 3ds XL that has an easy to use firmware for my situation?
What is the latets version in stores now? Can I check these? Are there maybe packs that always have a certain firmware?
I would like to have a 3ds from europe if possible.

The latest firmware is 11.6. If you need a flashcart to do ntrboot, I would suggest the Ace3DSX, since it comes pre-flashed.

Yep, ntrboot works with every firmware and every model of 3DS/2DS.

yes ntrboothax works on any firmware on any of the 3ds/2ds that are currently out
