yes, there is a software that removes the check on english firmwares so u can put english fireware on chinese r4. sorry cant remmeber the name as i never needed to use it.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
