Hacking Help with Another Code R PAL & Lego Star Wars NTSC?

I am trying to get two backups to run.

• I am running 4.1U, updated via Waninkoko's upgrader.
• I have cIOS249 v14 installed.
• I have Hermes' cIOS 222 (36) and 223 (36+37) installed.
• I use USBLoader CFG, but I've tried uLoader and NeoGamma v6.
• I have a Wiikey v1 (1.9b) installed, not that it matters.
• I have preloader installed (again, not that it matters)

I have had no other troubles.

1. Another Code R, PAL will not load.

Every loader I try freezes before they exit the USB loader screen.

2. Lego Star Wars NTSC

This blackscreens immediately.

Any tips/suggestions? Help me, and I'll give you a cookie.
