Hacking Help with an Acekard 2i background

Hey, I recently tried to make an Aceckard background but it didn't work. I was told to use an existing background and edit it with paint so that's what I did. It looked great until I put it on my Acekard. I was trying to make one for my favorite Pokemon Raichu. I was wondering if someone could tell me how to do it or if I sent you what I did if you could fix it or make me one.
